Crumbed Mango with spieces

Ingredients

FOR 4 SERVINGS
Dried ginger
2 tea spoons
Coriander powder
2 tea spoons
Cinnamon
2 tea spoons
Bread crumbs
6 spoons
Mango
2
Acacia honey
3 spoons
Olive oil
5 spoons
Coconut Ice cream
4 scoops

Preparation

  1. In a bowl combine spices and breadcrumbs. In another pour the honey.
  2. Peel the mango over a bowl to collect the juice, combine the juice with honey and stir. Cut the mango pulp into 12 wedges. Firstly, coat with honey and then spicy breadcrumbs.
  3. In a non stick fry pan, brown the crumbed mango slices, 2 minutes on each side. Arrange them onto individual plates or small bowls, serve with a coconut ice cream ball.
