Basmati rice with diced chicken

Chicken breast
Basmati rice
2 cups
Aperitiny Yellow and red pepper spread

  1. Put the rice to soak for at least 20 minutes.
  2. Boil water (a cup and a half for each cup of rice, therefore three cups) and salt it, as it begins to bubble, toss the drained rice in, cook for ten minutes, then put the lid on, turn off the heat and let stand
  3. In the meantime, cut the chicken breast into cubes, season with salt, cover it in the flour and cook in a pan with olive oil, sage and pepper.
  4. When it is nicely browned, blend it with hot water and add the sauce.
  5. When cooked, spread the rice on to a plate to form a crown, fill the centre with the chicken and sauce.
