Linguine with creamy black olives sauce

Ingredients

FOR 4 SERVINGS
Linguine
350 g
Aperitiny Black Olive Aperitiny pate
1 jar
Aperitiny Sun-dried Tomato paste
1 spoon
Milk
200 ml
Cream
300 ml
Grated Parmesan
100 g
Bread crumbs
4 crumb spoons

Preparation

  1. Prepare the cheese cream that is obtained by pouring in a saucepan the milk and cream and bring to a boil.
  2. Once it has come to the boil, add the Parmesan cheese and allow the cream to reduce while cooking. Adjust for salt and pepper.
  3. Boil the water and in the meantime prepare the sauce with black olives and dried tomatoes: simply dilute with two tablespoons of oil in a pan.
  4. Add the parmesan cream and as soon as the pasta is cooked, quickly sauté in a pan.
  5. Remove from heat and add breadcrumbs which will give it consistency and taste.

A little extra

The union of the two Aperitiny gives the dish a strong taste but nice!
