Ingredients

FOR 4 SERVINGS
Fresh mint leaves
2 handfuls
Fresh mint shoots
2 handfuls
Linguine
300 g
Bread crumbs
2 spoons
Extra Virgin olive oil
as needed
Garlic
1 clove
Salt
as needed

Preparation

  1. Cook the linguine in boiling salted water.
  2. Meanwhile, wash, dry, and chop the mint leaves, sauté in a large pan with two tablespoons of Extra Virgin olive oil.
  3. Separately, in a small frying pan, toast the breadcrumbs.
  4. When cooked drain the linguine al dente, place them in a pan and add the mint sauce. Let the flavour seep in, add a little Extra Virgin olive oil and sprinkle with toasted breadcrumbs.
