Salmon and olive cream pin wheels

Ingredients

FOR 4 SERVINGS
Puff pastry
1 roll
Sliced Smoked Salmon
200 g
Onion
1
Aperitiny Black Olive Aperitiny pate
1 jar
Extra Virgin olive oil
2 spoons
Chopped fresh dill
1 tea spoon
Salt
as needed
Pepper
as needed

Preparation

  1. Peel, wash and chop the spring onion. Chop dill. Chop the salmon.
  2. In a bowl, season salmon with Extra Virgin olive oil, spring onion, dill, a pinch of salt and a little pepper.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry and evenly spread with black olive paste.
  4. Over the olive paste evenly distribute the diced salmon and flavour.
  5. Carefully roll the pastry, even off the ends and cut into approximately 1cm thick slices.
  6. Arrange the pin wheels well apart on baking tray covered with grease proof paper and place them in an oven heated to 180/200° C for 12/15 minutes.
  7. Serve warm with a good crisp white wine.
