Plumcake with olive, almond and pecorino

Ingredients

FOR 4 SERVINGS
White flour
200 g
Milk
150 ml
Extra Virgin olive oil
60 ml
Grated Parmesan
100 g
Aperitiny Olive and Almond cream
3 spoons
Eggs
3
semi matured pecorino cheese
150 g (cubes)
Brewer's yeast
15 g
Salt
as required

Preparation

  1. In a bowl combine flour, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
  2. Add eggs, olive and almond cream sauce, olive oil and the yeast which has been dissolved in water.
  3. Place pecorino cheese cubes in the centre and add a pinch of salt.
  4. Wait for the volume to double. Bake in preheated oven at 180° C for 35-40 minutes.
  5. "Toothpick test" to check if it is cooked well insert and remove the tooth pick, if moist they need more cooking.
  6. Cut into slices and enjoy warm, but not too hot.
