Ingredients

Flatbread

Pine nuts
4 spoons
Extra Virgin olive oil
as needed
Rocket
1 clove
Beef Carpaccio
400 g
Monini Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Spray
as needed

Preparation

  1. Clean whitebait from algae or other impurities. Finely chop parsley In a bowl, beat the egg with a tablespoon of water, a pinch of salt and a sprinkle of white pepper. Add flour and chopped parsley. Finally, add whitebait.
  2. In a pan heat the extra virgin olive oil for frying and when hot, spoon in the mixture to form several nuggets that will be fried for no more than two minutes on either side.
  3. Continue until the mixture is finished and serve immediately croquettes accompanied by a good white wine.
