Our Philosophy

Our philosophy is simple:
Every Monini product must be of impeccable quality. By doing this we can meet the consumer's needs and be trustworthy in spreading knowledge about the quality of Extra Virgin olive oil.

The quality of Extra Virgin olive oil lies precisely in its taste. We have always known this, and every day, after laboratory tests, Zefferino Monini together with his trusted collaborators taste the oils to select those that will become Monini Extra Virgin, keeping the promise of fresh, consistent, great taste.


Our organisation

The Monini Group has always been committed to implementing and complying with the strictest principles when conducting its activities, distinguishing themselves for their earnestness, reliability and professionalism. In order to formalise the fundamental values on which the Monini Group is based, this Code of Ethics was created, as a tool to govern our corporate conduct, and with the aim of spreading the principles and standards of conduct throughout the Group.

Our Certifications

A certified quality system means: we set ourselves rules, we have established quality standards for our products, we have monitored our chain of production (document management, purchasing, production process, sales, personnel, customer service, logistics, controls) on the basis of international standards, now formalised in a quality system (manual, procedures, registration forms) which is the "Document" at the disposal of the Certification Authority (who has verified compliance with the requirements of our system and their actual application) and of all our customers in the Audit process (verification inspections).
