The Farmhouse

An elegant balance between innovation and tradition. Natural materials, respect for the environment and nature, elegance and harmony between areas, research into innovative solutions. Old and new, side by side, with taste and moderation: this is the Frantoio del Poggiolo.
It is located halfway up the hill, completely surrounded by olive trees, and has the appearance of a traditional house, but it is much more: on one side are the agricultural areas, equipped with modern facilities; on the other, elegant residential buildings to accommodate seminar and conference participants.

The facility
On the ground floor, the press, a porch to unload olives and some areas for agricultural use. On the first floor, the residence.
Trussed ceilings, wooden beams, terracotta floors and lime-plastered walls. Iron for the beautiful art nouveau railings and glass for the chandeliers form an essential design for the grand hall. Basic materials that enhance the structure, but also give warmth and create a clean, refined atmosphere, always absolutely natural.

The rooms
The welcoming drawing room leads to a small library in wood, furnished with a wide range of literature on olive growing and its production techniques.
Then, through the bright corridor, there is a large and ultra-modern kitchen that opens like a big stage onto the area where the chef creates the best culinary combinations with products from the press.
The guest house has seven rooms, all tastefully furnished and equipped with elegant bathrooms. Of these, there are four double rooms, one triple room, one four-bed room and one single room.
