Lemon Shells, Feta and Vegetables

Ingredients

Natural Yoghurt

Feta cheese cubed
100 g
Cucumber cubed
200 g
Yellow peppers cubed

Sliced Spring onions (round)

Preparation

  1. Cut lemons in half and empty without breaking them. Cream yoghurt with extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper.
  2. In a bowl, mix feta, diced cucumber and yellow pepper and spring onions with the prepared cream. Fill the lemon shells with the mixture.
  3. Let stand for an hour in the refrigerator. Serve chilled.
