Ingredients

Small lentils
260 g
Farro
150 g
Monini green pitted olives
1 jar
Avocado
1
Red onion

Pecorino cheese shavings
100 g
Extra Virgin olive oil
as needed
Salt
as needed
Pepper
as needed

Preparation

  1. Boil the lentils and farro in salted water. When cool, drain and put them in a large plate.
  2. Add the farro, green olives, 1 diced ripe avocado, thinly sliced fresh onion, pecorino flakes, salt, pepper and plenty of oil Extra Virgin olive oil.
  3. Refrigerate and serve cool.
