Ingredients

Monini balsamic vinegar glaze
as needed
Monini Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Spray
as needed
Extra Virgin olive oil
as needed

Preparation

  1. Wash the radicchio, dry well and cut it finely.
  2. Place the cut radicchio on a plate and add the small pieces of figs (if organic leave the skin), chopped nuts and the apple cut into fine slices.
  3. Before serving, flavour with oil, salt and pepper and a teaspoon of balsamic vinegar glaze.
