For GranFruttato, Zefferino Monini only selects oils from olives harvested slightly earlier, slightly unripe, from which a lower percentage of oil is extracted, but is very rich in antioxidants (polyphenols) that provide stability and enhance the vitality of perfume and fragrances.

Serving suggestions

For its outstanding characteristics, it should strictly be used raw, where only a few drops can enhance the food. 
Perfect for flavouring any type of soup, grilled meats, salads and vegetables with vinaigrette; truly delicious on bruschetta.
