Little rolls with green olives

Ingredients

FOR 4 SERVINGS
White flour
200 g
Monini green pitted olives
as needed
Brewer's yeast
25 g
Salt
as needed
Extra Virgin olive oil
as needed
Sugar
1 spoon (or honey)

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl, dissolve the yeast in a glass of water add salt, sugar and three tablespoons of oil.
  2. Add chopped olives, flour and knead. If necessary, add more water, the important thing is to produce a firm dough.
  3. Make small paninetti (rolls), using a knife to make a groove, (this helps leavening) let rise for at least three hours.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 220° C for the first 10 minutes and then finish cooking at 170° C.
