Patrizia de Palo has been working in Monini logistics department for over seventeen years..

At the beginning it wasn’t easy to fit into a male dominated world, but as time went on, a marked aptitude for teamwork helped her to get along smoothly with everyone. Now, it is the others who have to keep up with her feverish pace.

I WAS IN JERUSALEM WHEN I HEARD THAT I HAD BEEN HIRED: IT WAS INDEED A PROPHETIC JOURNEY.

Patrizia’s day is filled up with the many activities involved in warehouse management. Preparing loads, sorting orders, tracing products and organising stock. And then there is the day in day out tasks of transport relations, especially important when there are delays before goods can leave the warehouse.

EVERY DAY IS LIKE PLAYING MONOPOLY, THERE ARE CONTINGENCIES, ODDS AND NEW CHALLENGES TO BE FACED.

Supplies for retail outlets, restaurants and grand hotels all around the world leave from Patrizia’s Spoleto office. Behind a stimulating but challenging task there is the satisfaction of supplying premium products from a company, which is attentive to consumers’ needs, and of its staff.

WE HAVE BEEN ABLE TO COPE WITH ALL THE NECESSARY CHANGES

Over the years the department has evolved, learning to deal with new types of goods and to meet the needs of different consumers. Monini’s mission, today, is no longer just to satisfy Italian consumers, but to establish a dialogue with countries where extra virgin olive oil has recently become a part of the everyday.
