Organic Pitted Olives
The Leccino olive is among the best known and most appreciated cultivars in Italy; its typical slightly toasted and woody scents make it pleasant in any context: alone, in the sauce of a nice first course, as a condiment for a fish.
In selecting the cultivars that make up the L’OLIVA MONINI range, we wanted to create a real “journey” through the tastes, textures and fragrances that our very rich Italian olive-growing panorama gives us; a journey that starts from some of the most famous Italian cultivars in the world, and which continues by meeting probably lesser known but incredibly tasty and qualitatively few equal varieties.
