Baked Feta with Sage and Honey

Pre-heat oven to 200c

Place feta into a small oven proof dish with Monini Classico Extra Virgin Olive Oil, honey and sage then bake for 10 minutes

Remove and add garlic, baste then return to oven for 5 minutes or until golden.

Serve with crusty sourdough bread.
