Classico and Delicato products are CO2 neutral CO2 neutral

We have decided to offset what we can’t reduce.The exact calculation and certification of CO2 generated during the entire life cycle of Monini Classico and Delicato, we can assess the impact in terms of CO2 and appropriately compensate it.The Classico and Delicato products have been officially CO2 neutral since the autumn of 2021, as the CO2 generated by both two products, from field to disposal, is fully offset.

New clean energy for the environment

In order to compensate for 100% of generated CO2, together with our partner CO2 Advisor, we identified a clean energy generation project suitable for our purpose, which we will fund by acquiring credits certified according to the highest certification standards.

Why this is important

While carbon dioxide emissions are generated naturally, they’re also, and above all, generated by man. The increase in the concentration of CO2 in the atmosphere caused by human activities has caused serious imbalances in the natural cycle, leading to global warming and other related phenomena. In fact, the European Council approved the goal of achieving a climate-neutral EU by 2050.
