  • Baby spinach (as needed)
  • 1/2 fennel
  • 5 walnuts
  • Gomasio (Sesame Seeds, Seaweed & Sea Salt)
  • Extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
Making this salad is very simple as it is enough to combine all the ingredients together.
Put the baby spinach in a bowl, wash the fennel and cut it in a very thin slices and combine with the spinach. Chop the walnuts and add them to the salad.
Season your lunch with gomasio and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
