Preparation

Puree all ingredients in a food processor or high powered blender.

Taste for seasoning, add extra salt and pepper if needed.

Plate with an extra dollop of sour cream, extra drizzle of olive oil, chopped cucumber, basil leaves, and flaky salt. Enjoy!
