Olive Oil and Vincotto Dip

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Monini Classico Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, smashed
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 2 tbs Fig Vincotto
  • 2-3 sprigs rosemary
  • Salt & Pepper
Preparation

 

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and heat for 2-3 minutes on medium heat to infuse flavour
  2. Remove from heat and serve with warm crusty bread.
