- 1/2 cup Monini Classico Olive Oil
- 2 cloves garlic, smashed
- 1 Bay leaf
- 2 tbs Fig Vincotto
- 2-3 sprigs rosemary
- Salt & Pepper
Preparation
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and heat for 2-3 minutes on medium heat to infuse flavour.
- Remove from heat and serve with warm crusty bread.
