Here we work continuously, Lorenzo says, because everything that enters and leaves the factory is analyzed. Consequently, it is necessary to know how to interact with those who work in other areas, from production to freight transport.

Taste and quality do not always go “hand in hand”: it is not certain that bad oil will correspond to negative analyzes and that good oil does not contain some contaminant or pesticide above the limits permitted by law.
