Patrizia de Palo has been working in Monini logistics department for seventeen years.
At the beginning it wasn’t easy to fit into a men only world but as time went on a marked aptitude for team work helped her to get along smoothly with everyone. Or almost, because now it is the others who have to keep up with her feverish pace!

Patrizia working day is filled up with the many activities involved in warehouse management: preparing loads, sorting orders, tracing products and organizing the stock. And then there is the transport relations, especially important when there are delays before goods can leave the warehouse. Monini priority is to reduce the storage time but sometimes it might happen that, when trucks arrive, the goods are not ready for loading.
