Monini’s Summer Cheeseboard

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Monini Aged I.G.P. Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Fresh Mozzarella Pearls 8 ounces
  • Sharp White Cheddar Cheese Block
  • 1 cup Blackberries
  • 2 cups Grape Tomatoes
  • 2 ounces Salami
  • 2 ounces Prosciutto
  • 1 cup Sweet Gherkins
  • 1/2 cup Almonds
  • 10 French Baguette Slices
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Basil Leaves
Preparation
  1. Get a large board and 3-4 ramekins. Start by adding the Monini Aged Balsamic Vinegar to one of the ramekins and place it onto the board.
  2. Next, wash the blackberries and grape tomatoes.
  3. Slice the baguette and the block of cheese.
  4. Add all of the ingredients to the board garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve immediately.
