Flowery Avocado Toast

Ingredients
  • 4 thick slices avocado toast
  • 4 tbsp Monini Monocultivar Coratina Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 large avocados
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/4 cup microgreens
  • Edible flowers such as Pansy, Verbena, and Strawberry Blossoms
Preparation
  1. Brush the sourdough on both sides with Monini Monocultivar Coratina EVOO. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toast until golden in toaster oven, or on a sheet pan in the regular oven at 400 degrees. 
  2. While the bread is toasting, slice the avocado as thin as possible. 
  3. Place the avocado on top of the toasted bread. Drizzle a bit more Monini Monocultivar Coratina EVOO and add another sprinkle of salt and pepper. 
  4. Top with micro greens, pomegranate seeds, and edible flowers and enjoy.
